Intake Manifold
This selection determines your fuel lines and fuel rail setup. Please select based on what you are using in your setup. PHR only offer fuel rails for factory intake manifolds.
An aftermarket manifold will also move the location of your fuel pressure regulator to the firewall.
If you are providing your own intake manifold and fuel rail, you will be responsible for the connections to the rail, fittings will not be provided due to variations in rail and connection sizes or types.

Fuel Line Selection
Single -8AN Feed / -6AN Return — Simple, single-side feed setup; supports up to ~1000 HP on E85.
Dual -8AN Feed (Single Rail) / -6AN Return — Feeds both ends of the rail; supports up to ~1600+ HP.
Single -10AN Feed / -8AN Return — High-flow single-feed layout; ideal for big power, up to ~1500+ HP.
Dual -8AN Feed (Dual Rail) / -6AN Return — For dual-rail aftermarket manifolds; supports ~1600+ HP.
These are conservative numbers, actual results may vary. Flow will be dependent on the chosen fuel pump(s).
PHR uses expertly assembled Goodridge 630 series PTFE-lined, black-braided hose designed for fuel systems under extreme pressure.
Zero volumetric expansion means stable fuel pressure and precise injector control.
Compatible with all fuels including gasoline, E85, and methanol.

All our lines kits are split on the return for Flex Fuel Sensor.

Fuel Pressure Regulators, Brackets, Fittings, and Sensors
We’ve tested and compared some of the best EFI regulators in the industry. Here's how the top options on the market stack up and how to chose what is right for you
Aeromotive 13140 – A trusted, high-quality option for most performance builds. Stable pressure control, good for up to ~1000+ HP, compact and easy to mount.
Weldon A2040 – Built for serious race applications with extreme reliability. Handles high flow with precision; great for setups pushing beyond 1500 HP.
Weldon A2047 – Similar to the A2040 but optimized for even higher pressure and flow capacity. Ideal for high-boost or methanol/E85 drag racing setups.
Fuelab 515 – Compact and versatile with smooth pressure response. A solid choice for street and race builds up to ~1000–1200 HP.
Fuelab 515 (Large Seat) – Same body as the 515, but upgraded for significantly higher flow. Excellent for high-horsepower E85 setups without stepping up in size.
Fuelab 565 Max – One of the highest flowing regulators on the market. Designed specifically for extreme fuel demand applications over 2000 HP. Best paired with multi-pump or mechanical pump systems.
Turbosmart FPR8 – Clean design and reliable performance for builds in the 800–1200 HP range. Great option for compact engine bays.
Turbosmart FPR10 – Larger body and increased flow handling over the FPR8. Built to support big-power applications up to ~1500+ HP with excellent pressure stability.

FPR BRACKETS: PHR offers proprietary brackets to mount to factory intake manifolds and also remote firewall locations to work with aftermarket manifold choices

FPR FITTING KIT: Due to the varying port sizes on each regulator, PHR offers the option to add fittings to easily adapt to your chosen fuel line kit.

FPR Sensor: PHR recommends to always have a digital fuel pressure sensor monitoring pressures for tuning and safety limits in case of fuel pressure drops.

Fuel Rails
The PHR High Flow Fuel Rail Kit is designed specifically for the 2JZ engine, providing increased fuel capacity to meet the demands of high-performance applications. Built to handle significant fuel volume, this kit ensures efficient and consistent fuel delivery.
These are designed around all 2JZ OEM intake manifold types, if you are using and aftermarket intake manifold you will not need to add this option as it should have been included already with your manifold purchase.
If you don't select a fuel line kit this will come with standard single 8AN Feed, 6AN Return configuration.

Fuel Injectors
PHR exclusively uses Injector Dynamics injectors for their unmatched consistency, data accuracy, and proven performance at every power level.
Their latest breakthrough is their X‑Series injectors, engineered in collaboration with Bosch Motorsport to push performance benchmarks. Here are some conservative HP numbers.
1050x Injector ~ 700 HP on E85
1300x Injector ~ 900 HP on E85
1750x Injector ~ 1200 HP on E85
2600x Injector ~ 1700 HP on E85
These are 60mm x 14mm x 14mm Injector Sets of 6.

Fuel Line Brackets
Clean up and securely hold your aftermarket fuel lines with clean billet bracket set. Bolts in factory locations for a OEM+ look.

Fuel Filters and Brackets
Goodridge 30 Micron Stainless Steel — Durable option to catch large debris. Reusable and ideal for all fuels. Budget option with the smaller surface area. Will require smaller service intervals
Weldon 10 Micron Stainless Steel — Fine post-pump filter protecting injectors in high-performance setups. Washable and reliable. Large surface area element.
PHR makes billet fuel filter brackets for the Weldon filters, in single and dual filter layout.
Fuelab 6 Micron Micro-Fiberglass — Ultra-fine disposable filter for the cleanest fuel delivery, perfect for sensitive injectors and race builds. Large surface area element. Bracket in included with filter.

Flex Fuel Sensor, Bypass, and Brackets
PHR offers OEM standard flex fuel sensor to add tuning feedback and flex capability. All our lines kits include a split to install the sensor in return line. These are mounted at bottom of firewall, underneath driver footwell area.
For 6AN return systems, we recommend the 6AN push-on adapters
For 8AN return systems, we recommend the PHR Flex Fuel Bypass
PHR has a billet bracket option to solidly mount your flex fuel sensor. This is mounted in the factory fuel filter location on the Toyota Supra.

Fuel Pump Hangers
PHR Hangers are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum for a precise fit and strong durability. Black anodized finish resists corrosion and is perfect for E85 or methanol. Compatible with OEM or PHR fuel senders. Includes Proprietary sealed bulkhead connector with E85-safe wiring and potting. Easy to install and service with a two-piece design.
For IS300, GS300, and SC300 we offer Triple Walbro 450/525 hanger. We do plan on expanding fuel pump options for these hangers as popularity arises.
For the Toyota Supra we now offer multiple fuel pump brackets:
Triple Walbro Bracket: (Quantity 3x Mix and Match) This is compatible with Walbro 255 (GSS342), Walbro 450 (F90000274), and Walbro 525 (F90000285) fuel pumps.
Dual Universal Bracket: (Quantity 2x Mix and Match) This bracket is adjustable and may work with more pumps than we have listed here. Clamp has a maximum size of 44mm in diameter. Compatible with Walbro 255, Walbro 450, Walbro 525, Ti Automotive/Walbro E5LM, Fuelab 500LPH Brushless, and Deatschwerks 810LPH Brushless pumps.

Pump Information
We've put together a fuel pump data sheet to make easy comparison for you, see the chart below. Detailed below is the importance of data points.
Flow - This will dictate the amount of fluid that can be moved. LPH = liters per hour
Max Pressure - This is important when you consider your base fuel pressure plus the maximum pressure under full load/boost. Fuel pump flow decreases as pressure increases, so it’s essential to choose a pump that can maintain sufficient flow at your maximum pressure (base fuel pressure + boost pressure). Pumps operating outside their optimal range will experience significant flow drop-off, potentially causing fuel starvation. While higher fuel pressure can increase injector flow, this is only effective if the fuel pump can sustain the pressure without sacrificing flow.
HP Rating - Rating is based on Flow and Fuel Requirement Calculation. This is a conservative number and actual results may vary.
Control Required - A simple relay would be like in our Fuel Pump Relay Kits controlled by a trigger from your car's ECU. A Proprietary Controller is included with most of these brushless pump kits and control strategies will be specific to that controller's construction. The TI Automotive EL5M is now being offered separate of the controller and can be operated by and Aftermarket PDM Unit with the correct parameters provided by TI.
Controller Included - This tells you if you need to consider additional components to operate your fuel pump.
Max Amps -
High-performance fuel pumps demand careful consideration of their electrical needs. Proper wiring, relays, fuses, and a capable charging system are essential to ensure consistent fuel delivery, protect components, and maintain overall system reliability. Skimping on electrical upgrades can lead to voltage issues, pump underperformance, and even catastrophic electrical failures. Always plan your wiring and electrical setup based on the pump(s) max amperage rating and the total demands of your fuel system.
Wire Count - This is important when considering multiple fuel pumps. Please see information regarding our Bulkhead Connection and plan accordingly.
Install Kit Required - Yes means you will need additional components to be compatible with our hanger. This could mean Fuel Sock Filter, Fuel Pump Connector, Fuel Tubes, or Clamps. Choose the appropriate install kit for your fuel pump.

Check Valve - If you are staging pumps and your secondary pump does not have a check valve it is essential to install an aftermarket check, otherwise you will bleed pressure though the pump that is off.

Fuel Pump Relay Kit
The PHR Wiring Harness for Dual or Triple Fuel Pumps makes installation seamless. No sourcing hardware, spending time analyzing relay pinouts or any mistakes. Simply run your power to the battery, connect your ground, connect your trigger and run the outputs to your fuel pumps.
This harness uses 30amp fuses and relays for each individual pump for circuit protection as well as a 60amp fuse to protect the entire system. Trigger with simple one wire hookup.
