Fulfillment Policy

Order Processing:

  • For a majority of, but not all, orders received before 12:00PM Central (GMT -6) will ship the same day. We do not make any guarantee that an item is in stock and recommend placing a call or email to check the stock of any product. Orders are processed only on business days, excluding most major US holidays. Shipping times are not guaranteed.  You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received and another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Terms of Sale:

  •  By ordering via phone, fax, standard mail, e-mail, or online, you acknowledge you have read and agree to all of our terms. 

  • All products sold by Powerhouse Racing are for racing and off-road use only and may not be legal for use on public streets.

  • Used parts are sold as-is with no warranty either expressed or implied. 

  • Purchaser of items on this Invoice is responsible for all shipping charges incurred for warranty claims.

  • NEW CUSTOMERS: First time customers orders MUST be sent to the billing address listed on the credit card or other payment method and will be sent signature required. Your order will be delayed if we cannot verify the shipping address.  

Shipping:

  • We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and commence from the date of shipping. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

  • PHR is not res​ponsible for damaged or lost products or packages. PHR will work with the Customer to file a damage or loss package claim with the courier, but no such assistance from PHR implicates to any further action.  

Cancellations

  •  If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within [insert time frame] of placing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed for shipping.

Returns

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns are accepted only upon  the sole discretion of Powerhouse Racing.

  • Any return accepted by Powerhouse Racing,. Inc., is at our sole discretion.  A return does not constitute the guarantee of a full refund. We may offer a partial refund or company credit, at our sole discretion. Any part installed or attempted to be installed can not be returned for any reason.

  • All returns must be within 30 days of the date of invoice. All returned products must be in original, unopened, & resalable condition, identical to the condition that it was received in, with all original documentation, boxes, etc. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We then will offer a refund or company credit, at our sole discretion.

  • There are no returns on used parts, closeouts, or special order items. Special order items include, but are not limited to: Wheels, Body Kits, and any JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) item. All returns must arrive at the PHR office as listed below within 30 days of the date of your original invoice.

  • Make sure to insure the product when you ship it back to the PHR facility.  If we receive an item that was damaged, or your package is lost by the Courier, you will receive no credit from PHR and you must take up the damage claim with the Courier. You assume all responsibility associated with processing an insurance claim with the Courier you select.  

  • All returns must have an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number on them or we will refuse the shipment! To get an RGA number, call our Returns Dept at 817-238-8434.

  • All returns to must be shipped insured and trackable on the internet to provide proof of delivery back to Powerhouse Racing, Inc.  Our return address is:

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at [insert contact information] and send your item to the return address provided.
