1/8 NPT Oil Feed from the block

This line is designed to get it's oil supply from the factory LARGE banjo bolt for the oil filter adapter on the intake manifold side of the block. 

PHR offers an updated factory oil filter adapter banjo that is pre-threaded for 1/8 NPT, or you can choose to drill and tap it yourelf.


Later year model (1997 and later) block usually have the oil pressure warning switch in this location. In these cases, an adapter T might be necessary. Or as another option, if you eliminate or relocate the oil pressure warning switch, we offer a 1/8 BSPT to 1/8 NPT Adapter fitting to convert to the proper thread for the oil feed.

Streamlined Oil Line Routing

Oil line runs from the intake manifold side of the block, under the engine, and up to the turbo for clean and efficient installation.

 


Turbo Fitting Options

  • Available in 1/8 NPT or 1/4 NPT to suit your turbocharger's requirements.
  • 1/8 NPT fits the vast majority of turbochargers, while 1/4 NPT is commonly used for Borg Warner turbos.

High-Performance Oil Line

  • Durable Teflon braided stainless steel line rated for temperatures up to 400°F and pressures up to 800 PSI. 
  • Available in stainless braided finish or with a black PVC coating.
