Design
Fabricated from 304 stainless steel, the 2JZ Heater Return Pipe features a compact, purpose-built layout. With a smaller diameter tailored specifically for heater core flow, it removes unnecessary complexity from the factory cooling system—no more bulky factory lines or awkward caps and welds on removed components, like stock twin cooling, IACV lines, and factory oil cooler.
Clearance
This pipe enhances turbo manifold and downpipe clearance by subtly revising the position of the OEM design, positioning it farther from downpipe heat and creating extra space for single turbo setups. It’s ideal for tight engine bays and custom configurations where every inch counts. Pair it with PHR’s heater core hose kits for maximum clearance and a clean, streamlined fit.

Application
Compatible with both GTE and GE engine setups. The GE kit will include a small adapting bracket due to the slight variance in the GE waterpump. This was designed specifically around the Supra chassis, but it could also aid in other 2JZ chassis.
Confirmed fitment in and IS300 or GS300 chassis (with GE or GTE engine) but you must also purchase PHR GTE heater hose conversion kit.

REQUIRES REMOVAL of stock twin turbos, OEM oil cooler, and cap/plugging Water Pump Stock Twin Inlet (you can use our coolant cap found here) , and plugging or capping the IACV/Throttle Body coolant return port on cylinder head (intake side)
