Flow your fuel

No limitations

Since the Supra debuted in 1993, more boost means more fuel demand. Over the decades our fuel pump hanger has gone through number of revisions to improve and keep up with the current aftermarket fuel pump technology. This is our biggest jump yet, designed to work with almost all brands on the market. This is the fuel hanger to solve it all!

Features and Solutions

Focusing on what's important

Hanger Construction

CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum, the PHR  Fuel Pump Hanger ensures precise fitment, superior strength, and long-lasting durability. Its black anodized finish provides enhanced resistance to corrosion, making it ideal for use with alcohol-based fuels such as E85 or methanol. Designed to be the most versatile hanger ever made for the Toyota Supra. Adjustable pump height, multiple inlets and outlets, bulkhead connections with appropriate gauge wire, and a fuel pocked to support dual and single feed scenarios. Works with OEM or PHR fuel sender.

Bulkhead Connection

PHR has designed and manufactured a proprietary sealed circular bulkhead connector, using tefzel wiring and sealed with E85 safe potting material. We have a total of six 12 gauge tefzel wires running through a Solid Pin Deautsch DTP Contact supporting up to 25amps continuous capacity each. The connector also include 3 22g tefzel wires to make the fuel sender connections. The bulkhead connector is two piece and makes for easy service and installation.

In addition to our bulkhead connector, we've added a shared ground location on top and bottom of the hanger. This helps with the expand-ability of multiple  brushless fuel pumps, which are requiring 4 wire connections.

Fuel Bracket Choices

We know have multiple fuel pump brackets to choose from. Pick the appropriate one compatible with you fuel pump choice.

Triple Walbro Bracket: (Quantity 3x Mix and Match) This is compatible with Walbro 255 (GSS342), Walbro 450 (F90000274), and Walbro 525 (F90000285) fuel pumps.

Dual Universal Bracket: (Quantity 2x Mix and Match) This bracket is adjustable and may work with more pumps than we have listed here. Clamp has a maximum size of 44mm in diameter. Compatible with Walbro 255, Walbro 450, Walbro 525, Ti Automotive/Walbro E5LM, Fuelab 500LPH Brushless, and Deatschwerks 810LPH Brushless pumps.

Fuelab Twin 500LPH - (Quantity 2x) Fuelab (25314) 253 Brushless Fuel Pump

Fuelab 1100LPH -  (Quantity 1x) Fuelab (20815) Twin Screw Brushless Pump 1000LPH

ID EL5M Bracket - (Quantity 1x) Ti Automotive EL5M (BKS1002 /  BKS1001 / BPC100)

Fuel Line Connections

Outlets: The fuel pumps all feed one pocket which gathers fuel in the hanger and then feeds two 8ORB outlet ports. You can choose to run single or dual feed to your fuel rails. If using only 1 line, choose the plug for your second

Return: Return lines are important to match to your regulator orifice size. Your line size only needs to be as large as the orifice. 6AN is .30" and 8AN is .39". Most regulators will only require 6AN but make sure to size your regulator to match your fuel flow. Too small or a regulator can cause pressure control issues.

Overflow: There is a 5/16 barb connection on the hanger, this runs to your gas cap overflow line.

Pump Information

We've put together a fuel pump data sheet to make easy comparison for you, see the chart below. Detailed below is the importance of data points.

Go to Fuel Pump Data

Flow - This will dictate the amount of fluid that can be moved. LPH = liters per hour

Max Pressure -  This is important when you consider your base fuel pressure plus the maximum pressure under full load/boost. Fuel pump flow decreases as pressure increases, so it’s essential to choose a pump that can maintain sufficient flow at your maximum pressure (base fuel pressure + boost pressure). Pumps operating outside their optimal range will experience significant flow drop-off, potentially causing fuel starvation. While higher fuel pressure can increase injector flow, this is only effective if the fuel pump can sustain the pressure without sacrificing flow.

HP Rating - Rating is based on Flow and Fuel Requirement Calculation. This is a conservative number and actual results may vary.

Control Required - A simple relay would be like in our Fuel Pump Relay Kits controlled by a trigger from your car's ECU. A Proprietary Controller is included with most of these brushless pump kits and control strategies will be specific to that controller's construction. The TI Automotive EL5M is now being offered separate of the controller and can be operated by and Aftermarket PDM Unit with the correct parameters provided by TI.

Controller Included - This tells you if you need to consider additional components to operate your fuel pump.

Max Amps - High-performance fuel pumps demand careful consideration of their electrical needs. Proper wiring, relays, fuses, and a capable charging system are essential to ensure consistent fuel delivery, protect components, and maintain overall system reliability. Skimping on electrical upgrades can lead to voltage issues, pump underperformance, and even catastrophic electrical failures. Always plan your wiring and electrical setup based on the pump(s) max amperage rating and the total demands of your fuel system.

Wire Count - This is important when considering multiple fuel pumps. Please see information regarding our Bulkhead Connection and plan accordingly.

Install Kit Required - Yes means you will need additional components to be compatible with our hanger. This could mean Fuel Sock Filter, Fuel Pump Connector, Fuel Tubes, or Clamps. Choose the appropriate install kit for your fuel pump.

Components Included - What all is included when you add pumps to this kit

Check Valve -  If you are staging pumps and your secondary pump does not have a check valve it is essential to install an aftermarket check, otherwise you will bleed pressure though the pump that is off.
