Massive Core Size

Designed for maximum cooling efficiency and performance, our 6" intercoolers feature a massive core size that significantly reduces intake air temperatures. Measuring in at 24 X 12 X 6, this ensures a cool charge temp and allows for more aggressive tuning and higher power output.

High Flow

3/16" Thick End Tanks

The 3/16 thick end tanks provide robust durability and resistance to cracking or leaking. This added thickness ensures that the intercooler can handle high boost pressures and the rigors of intense driving conditions without failure.

Thick Mounting Tabs

Thick mounting tabs ensure secure and stable installation of the intercooler. This reduces vibration and movement, preventing potential damage and ensuring the intercooler stays firmly in place even during the most demanding driving scenarios.  

3" Inlet:

  The 3" inlet size allows for a large volume of air to enter the intercooler, which is crucial for high-performance applications. This large inlet supports efficient air intake, contributing to better engine performance and higher power output.

4" Outlet:

The 4" outlet size ensures efficient air exit from the intercooler, maintaining optimal airflow and minimizing restrictions. This helps in achieving consistent and powerful engine performance, especially important for high-boost setups.  

We prefer to match the outlet size to the intercooler pipe size, so if you have something other than a 4.0" Cold Side Intercooler  pipe, you should look into our customized intercoolers.
