Shipping Policy:

For a majority of, but not all, orders received before 12:00PM Central (GMT -6) will ship the same day. We do not make any guarantee that an item is in stock and recommend placing a call or email to check the stock of any product. Orders are processed only on business days, excluding most major US holidays. Shipping times are not guaranteed.

We highly recommend FedEx Ground / Home Delivery for high value items, especially if there is a concern of loss. Any order item over $500 will be sent direct signature required, or for any order at our discretion. Packages sent with signature options REQUIRE that you are available at the address provided. If you cannot be there, let us know before placing your order and we can arrange to pick up at a FedEx Office location.

Powerhouse Racing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will attempt to make a claim with the shipping provider but make no guarantee of any refunds or recovery.

NEW CUSTOMERS: First time customers orders MUST be sent to the billing address listed on the credit card or Amazon Payments and will be sent signature required. Your order will be delayed if we cannot verify the shipping address.

FedEx Smart Post

We recommend that you ship FedEx Ground / Home Delivery if the value of your shipment is over $500. Signature options are not provided with FedEx Smart Post. Powerhouse Racing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages sent without a direct signature required.
