Unlike many kits on the market, each harness will be completely independent of the other so should a fuse ever fail, you will still have a functioning headlight. Most other HID kits that come with a harness use a single relay/fuse design that will result in you losing both your headlights if the harness fails.

NITTO's Adjustable Cam Gears are designed as a direct replacement for factory sprockets enabling an experienced engine tuner to accurately dial in the engines cam timing, maximizing performance and tailoring the power characteristics of an engine. It also allows for compensation of a stretching cam belt or chain at high RPM.

NITTO's Adjustable Cam Gears are precision CNC machined from 6061 T6 aluminium, designed to be light weight, extremely durable with the outer gears super hard anodized.

Finished in clear anodized aluminium the sprocket centres look as good as they work. Markings are laser indexed at 1 deg intervals with a maximum adjustability of + / - 10 deg. (from +10 deg. to - 10 deg.)

NITTO's RB series crankshaft collar was specifically developed to be used on RB series crankshafts that have the factory narrow oil pump drive on the crankshaft snout.

Most earlier RB series engines have the crankshafts with the narrow oil pump drive. This becomes a major problem when upgrading your oil pump to the commonly used wider gear type pumps as the contact area from the drive to the oil pump gear was minimal. This caused either the drive to wear out prematurely or excessive force to be applied onto a small area of the oil pump gear and cause eventual oil pump failure followed by major engine failure.

NITTO offers an affordable solution to this problem by designing a high tensile 709 series steel RB series crank collar with a full width contact area compatible with any replacement oil pump. This ensures the correct contact area needed to safely run you engine at high rpm and minimizing the possibility of premature oil pump failure due to a poor contact area.

PHR presents the NITTO RB series high volume oil pump. This high quality performance aftermarket oil pump will suit Nissan RB20, RB25, RB26 and RB30 engines. Oil flow and pressure is dramatically increased over that of the factory oil pump which is critical in modified engines for reliability of the lubrication system. Failure of this system is the "Achilles heel" of the Nissan RB series engine even on mildly tuned examples and accounts for a high percentage of "RB" engine failures.

Factory based oil pumps are highly prone to oil pump gear failure in modified engines due mostly to the quality of the cheaper mass produced material used in the manufacturing of the OEM style gears. Oil pump gear failure will result with inevitable engine damage. For this reason EN Series billet steel material is utilised for the manufacture of NITTO RB series high volume oil pump gears which are far superior in strength and durability to that of both factory and its competitor's oil pump gears.

NITTO utilizes their precision CNC machined cast alloy outer housing and along with their already proven oil pump design NITTO has now released a new billet alloy backing plate allowing further stability to oil pressure and flow at high rpm levels by minimizing any possible flexing of the housing.

Chrome plated stems are standard on exhaust valves with Black Nitride coating on all intake valves minimizing valve stem wear.

Anyone that has ever tried to connect a boost gauge, electronic boost controller, fuel controller, fuel pressure regulator, blow off valve, and TPS sensor to the intake plenum knows all to well the mess of hoses and tees and connections going everywhere from a single source. Well we had enough also, so we designed the VDP (Vacuum Distribution Plenum) to simplify hose routing. Now, a single 6mm hose connection to the intake plenum gives you 6 hose connections, enough to run any combination of sensors, gauges, and components. What's more, the hose barb connections are universal 1/8" NPT and can be removed and replaced with AN fittings for completely secure hose connections in race applications. Mounting provisions are universal, with two 3/8-16 tapped bolt holes in the rear for mounting to any bracket, firewall, or as desired in any position. As Powerhouse Racing, building motors for the last 12 years we can assure you that the Stock or N1 pump will not hold to a high RPM / Horsepower application. This oversize oil pump is second to none. To date we have had no failures on this oil pump and no one has ever broken one. The other main benefit with this RB26 oil pump is that this unit is the only one on the market with an external oil pressure adjuster! All others required your to remove your oil pan (sump) to gain access to this.

In circuit running or drag racing, lubrication trouble is one of the major reasons for the blowing of RB26DETT. The main reason for this trouble is worn out bearing metal from decreasing oil pressure, caused by insufficient amount or pressure of factory oil pump for tuned high RPM and high out put engines. Also, since factory pump gear is made of weak sintered metal, it is not rare that broken gear at high RPM damages entire expensive engine block instantly.
