The technology is finally here! PHR is proud to offer the very first CNC ported cylinder head package for the 2JZGTE. This is the ultimate in cylinder head technology for the serious enthusiast and/or professional racer. We start with *brand new* Toyota cylinder heads, then let the 5 axis CNC machine perform its magic. The end result is hand blended and flow tested to over 300 cfm intake/200 cfm exhaust per valve at .450" lift. The benefit of CNC machining is that each cylinder is ported to the exact same profile, to prevent cylinder imbalances common to hand-ported cylinder heads. There is no core charge since we begin with brand new Toyota cylinder heads, this means you get the highest quality for your investment. This is for all-out race use only. Includes the full valvetrain upgrade, including 1mm oversize valves, dual valve springs, titanium retainers, bronze valve guides, and full 5 angle valve job. New PHR Standard Performance Head allows you to add aftermarket cams and change the internals without spending an arm and a leg! We have come together with Supertech to create a standard size Intake and Exhaust Valve that will allow it to fit into the head without any machine work done. This will compensate the fitment issues that we have had in the past with Ferrea and have shown quality control issues. With Supertech Valvetrain it makes a quick and easy build up with no hassle thus for allowing the build of your head to be completed in a timely manner for the performance needs to suit the larger stroke or larger cams that you have been wanting to use!

PHR has been building and racing the 2JZGTE engine since the mid-1990s. In these past 10 years, we have learned a thing or two about building high HP race engines. We start with your good core or ours, and thoroughly clean all internal oil passages to remove any foreign material. The block is then hand ported, and all oil passages are smoothed and ported to ensure a solid supply of fresh oil. The block is then bored and honed to your specifications, either .020" or .040" overbore. We then install custom-spec CP or JE pistons, Total Seal rings, Carrillo H-beam rods, Billet main caps, ARP main studs, and ACL bearings into the machined block. When complete, this bottom end is capable of withstanding well over 1000 BHP. Assembly of the cylinder head and complete long block is also available for additional cost. This is a custom-built short block made for your specific application. Assembly time ranges from 4-8 weeks on average. If you do not have a suitable short block core, please add $2000 for a brand new Toyota short block (recommended).

This is the perfect upgrade for high HP street-driven Supra's or entry level race cars. We start with a brand new factory bare head from Toyota. Then, after performing our full port & polish service and multi-radius valve job, we install our all new Pro Alloy valves,  Bronze Valve Guides, and Dual Valve Springs with Titanium retainers. The EGR port found at the rear of the cylinder head is completely removed for an added margin of safety in high horsepower applications. Expect a 15-18% increase in overall flow when used with high lift/duration camshafts such as the HKS 264 and 272 lift cams.

Price includes full assembly of your short block. We can use your good used block or a brand new Toyota block.

The price does not include the cost of a Stroker Kit, Shortlbock, billet mains, ARP hardware, bearings of choice, etc. The price is for the LABOR on the block, the new factory thrust washers, and the new plugs for the reworked oil passages.

The price is for any Stroker Kit to be installed, for example: HKS, Jun, Brian Crower, etc. It all can be done for the same reasonable price.
