The material they're manufactured from is a rubber compound containing natural products which deteriorate with age. It becomes softer and more pliable, resisting the forces placed on it less and less. Therefore allowing more and more movement of suspension components and offering less and less control over the suspension geometry.

This in turn causes accelerated tire wear, braking instability and poor handling. This is the single biggest reason you can instantly tell the difference driving a three year old car compared to a showroom new one. However even new cars will benefit from POWERFLEX bushes because of their superior design they offer much more effective control of the suspension components to a much greater extent than normal rubber items.

With the technological advances in this material it has been possible to overcome the common problem associated with harder bushes which is increased noise. By correctly engineering the polyurethane compound, bushes can be made 25-30% stiffer than new rubber items but with exactly the same noise absorbing properties. POWERFLEX bushes make sense.

With increased wheel control comes improved performance of all vehicle dynamics and increased driver command in all conditions. HKS' new Hipermax lll combines track-speed control with the excellent ride and handling characteristics at real-world street speeds. The all-new Hiper Linear Piston damping system creates a positive relationship between piston speed, and damping force, making it possible to produce suspension that is optimized for track performance, and ride quality at the same time. In addition, the hipermax lll is shock-body-length-adjustable to allow vehicle height adjustment without affecting spring rate, so precise corner balancing can be achieved. Dense, chrome plated cylinder shafts provide excellent durability, and new design rubber upper mounts reduce harshness.

For a new release item PHR would like to introduce the new Toe Links to help benefit and Rear Control Arms by gaining full control of the rear suspension. These are coated in black for a limited time then once gone the new batch with be in the Famous PHR Red.

Each piece is hand crafted with Chromoly tubing and precise welds to hold the joints together making it an indestructible piece compared to our competitors. These piece are fully adjustable to give you the feel that you need to deliver the sufficient amount of rubber down the track. Using machined rod ends not the traditional pressed help prevent vibration and the rod end coming apart in a race. Each pair has been dipped in a special CAD plating that coats and prevents rust from taking place to insure quality and life of each rod.

This Camber kit can be set for 1 degree of correction along with reduction in camber gain - this is the ideal setting for drift applications. Rather than moving the arm straight outwards the entire amount, it can be moved outwards half the distance, and upwards half the distance. Kits come with grease and instructions but require a fair amount of mechanical ability and familiarity with the specifics of urethane bushing installations.

Now R2 Racing brings to you the first, and only bushing replacement kit!! The benefits of the R2 bushings are high performance bushing upgrades which eliminate handling problems, reduces or eliminates problems with wheel hop, they are suitable for road, race, drag, or drift applications, excellent for using with upgraded wheels and tires, and they are compatible with all spring, shock, and sway bar combinations!! The R2 Racing Front Bushing kit contains upper and lower control arm bushings (4 lower, 4 upper). Upper replacements are 2 piece, the lower are 1 piece, 8 bushings replaced, there are 12 peices total. All of the R2 Kits come with grease instructions but it does require a fair amount of mechanical ability and familiarity with the specifics of urethane bushing installations. This is NOT an amateur installation, however it can be made alot easier by taking out the control arms yourself, then taking the control arms and kit to a machine shop that has a press, and they can take out your old bushings and replace them with the new ones!
